Mudbugs Announce President's Cup Final Home Dates

BOSSIER CITY, LA - Although they will not know their opponent in the 2011 CHL Ray Miron President's Cup Finals until later tonight, the Berry Conference Champion Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs today announced their three home dates at the CenturyTel Center for the best-of-seven series.
No matter who advances in tonight's Game 7 of the Turner Conference Finals, the top-seeded Rapid City Rush or the #2 Colorado Eagles, the Mudbugs will be the lower seed in the CHL's Championship series. That means the âBugs will open the series on the road with Games 1 and 2 this Friday and Saturday before returning to Bossier City to host three games next week.
Game 3 of the President's Cup Finals is set for Tuesday, May 17 at the CenturyTel Center, with Game 4 to follow on Thursday, May 19. If necessary, Game 5 will be played the next day on Friday, May 20. Opening faceoff will be 7:05 pm for all three Mudbugs home games in the Finals.
As the series follows a 2-3-2 format, Bossier-Shreveport would then travel back to Colorado or Rapid City for potential Games 6 and 7 on the road.

Single game tickets for Games 3 and 4 at the CenturyTel Center are on sale now at the CenturyTel Center box office, through Ticketmaster at 318-741-9700 or online at www.ticketmaster.com . Mudbugs playoff package ticket holders are reminded to use their tickets for playoff games "K", "L" and "M" for the three home games during the President's Cup Finals.
Mudbugs season ticket holders who elected not to purchase the full playoff package will have until 5:00 pm Monday to purchase their specific seats for the President's Cup Finals, after which time all seats will be made available for sale to the general public.
