Manchester Wolves News Release
The Manchester Wolves, New Hampshire's Professional arenafootball2 team, announced this week that Peter Morris has been added to the Wolves organization as a partner. With the addition, Morris becomes the 10th partner on an impressive list of New Hampshire business owners in the Wolves organization, which includes: Steve Schubert, Dick Anagnost, Angelo Mazzella, Stephen Talarico, Don Winterton, Jim Watson, C.B. Sullivan, Steve Grzywacz and Tony Massahos.
"Peter is a welcome addition to the Wolves organization," said Wolves General Manager Angelo Mazzella. "All of the owners are from the Greater Manchester Area. Peter will help us expand into the Southern tier of the State, as well as extend our reach into Massachusetts."
Morris is the owner of MTG Mortgage Group, a mortgage lending institution based in Salem, N.H. The business was established more than 10 years ago, and now has offices in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Arizona.
"I am very excited about the opportunity to be involved in this great organization," said Morris. "I have always wanted to be involved with a sports team, and I think my enthusiasm, my experience in sales and the entertainment business will be an asset to the Wolves organization."
Unlike some of the other partners he will serve with, Morris does not have a background in football. What he brings to the table is an overwhelming enthusiasm for all sports. Morris pursued a career in hockey, having played on semi-pro teams in Fitchburg, Mass., as well as in Canada.
Morris currently resides in Methuen, Mass. with his wife and two daughters.
