Miami Morays News Release

The Miami Morays and Head Coach Larry Little are pleased to announce the addition of Charles Jackson and Cleveland Pratt to the Morays coaching staff. Jackson will head up the defensive line and Pratt will coach the special teams/offensive assistant coordinator.

A product of Jackson State University where he was named to the All-SWAC team in 1997 and 1998, Jackson was a 10th round draft pick of the Los Angeles Raiders in 1989. He spent two seasons in the World Football League with the Orlando Thunder in 1991 and with Ohio Glory in 1992 where he was coached by Little. It was under his tutelage that Jackson earned All-World Team honors in 92. This will be Jackson's first season in the professional coaching ranks. He currently coaches basketball and football at his alma mater, Miami Central Sr. High.

Coaching the special teams and serving as the offensive assistant coordinator will be six-year Arena Football veteran Cleveland Pratt. From 1995 to 1999, Pratt was a member of the Miami Hooters and Florida Bobcats as a receiver/defensive back. In addition, Pratt worked with offensive coordinator Tony Wells last season with the Wilkes-Barre Pioneers in the AF2. A native of South Florida, Pratt graduated from North Miami Beach High and graduated from Edinboro University in Pennsylvania in 1990.
