Everett, WA: For the second time this season Lazaro Montes has been crowned Northwest League Player of the Week (April 28 - May 4). Last week in Eugene, the Mariners No. 2 prospect crushed a pair of homers and a triple, drew five walks and scored five times.
Currently he leads the Northwest League in the follow categories:
Home Runs - 7
Triples - 3
Extra Base Hits - 16
Total Bases - 61
Slugging .629
On-Base Plus Slugging 1.047
