Monsters Tie-dyed jersey auction update
Published on March 8, 2008 under American Hockey League (AHL)
Cleveland Monsters News Release
T.J. Hensick, Mitch Love and Tyler Weiman's custom tie-dyed jerseys, which they will be wearing in tonight's game, will be auctioned off tonight at The Q. The three jerseys have been available for bidding on LakeErieMonsters.com since Wednesday at noon, and all proceeds benefit the Veggie U program within the Cleveland Municipal School District. They will continue to be open for bidding both online and in-arena through 9:45 p.m. tonight.
However, the remainder of the players' jerseys will now be auctioned at the Monsters game on Friday, March 28th at 7:30 p.m. In order to maximize the funds raised for Veggie U and CMSD, it has been decided to reschedule the remainder of the auction, due to the inclement weather.
We apologize for any inconvenience, and hope to see you back at The Q on March 28th to raise money for such a worthwhile cause.
