
Monarchs Sign Lisa Willies to Second Seven-Day Contract

SACRAMENTO, CALIF., Sept. 4, 2009 - The Sacramento Monarchs announced today the organization has signed guard Lisa Willis to a second seven-day contract. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
On Aug. 28, the Monarchs signed Willis to a seven-day contact, which ended on Sept. 3, 2009. During her first week stint, she made appearances in the game at Minnesota and at home versus Connecticut.
The Monarchs face the Atlanta Dream tonight, Friday, September 4, at 7 p.m. Catch the Monarchs as they fight for a Western Conference Playoff spot and their seventh consecutive playoff berth!
