The New England Revolution return to Gillette Stadium after a two-game road trip that saw them extend their streak of ties to four games - but they still haven't won in more than a month, since May 13 (seven games). The streak began with their first meeting against FC Dallas, a 4-0 loss in Frisco that was New England's worst defeat in nearly five years. FC Dallas came off a nearly two-week layoff at the weekend with a victory against the Colorado Rapids, the fifth win in the last seven games for the Western Conference leaders.

AT NEW ENGLAND (12 meetings): Revolution 7 wins (1 shootout), 25 goals ... FC Dallas 5 wins (1 shootout), 19 goals ... 0 draws
This is the second of two meetings between the teams this season, both in the space of little more than a month, and the only one set for Gillette Stadium.
A year ago, the Revolution won both meetings, - including a remarkable comeback in their Bay State encounter in what many called the game of the year, Taylor Twellman's two goals in the 90th minute and after giving New England a 3-2 win.
The first game win this season snapped a four-game Revolution winning streak in the series, FC Dallas defeating New England for the first time since June 12, 2004. Since the 2001 season, Dallas has won just three times in 13 encounters between the clubs, with one draw.

The Chicago Fire officially opened their new stadium in the best possible fashion, knocking off the New York Red Bulls 2-0 last Sunday and putting an end to a five-game winless streak. The game started a nine-match run at their new home; the Fire won't go back on the road for nearly two months. They play host to Real Salt Lake, which earlier this year won for the first time ever on their travels - though that win at Los Angeles remains their only away victory.
