For the first time in two weeks Real Salt Lake face league competition - and they come in after what head coach Jason Kreis has called a "preseason", defeating England's Everton and tying Boca Juniors of Argentina in a pair of high-profile friendlies. Their long climb back to a possible spot in the MLS Cup Playoffs begins with a real test though, a home match against the New England Revolution, who are tied for the top spot in the Eastern Conference after their thrilling 3-3 draw with Houston Dynamo at home last weekend.
