MLS Issues Disciplinary Decisions for Week 29

NEW YORK (October 1, 2014) - The MLS Disciplinary Committee has fined Sporting Kansas City defender Igor Juliao undisclosed amount for violating the League's policy regarding hands to face/head of an opponent in the 94th minute of the September 26 game against the New England Revolution.

Colorado Rapids midfielder Carlos Alvarez will serve an automatic one-game suspension and will be fined an undisclosed amount for violating the League's policy on entering the field of play/leaving the bench and technical area in the 84th minute of the game against the San Jose Earthquakes on September 27.

Real Salt Lake head coach Jeff Cassar has been fined an undisclosed amount for improper bench behavior in the 90th minute of the September 27 game against Vancouver Whitecaps FC.
