Williamsport left nine runners on base including six over the final three frames, as they fell short against the Scrappers, 7-4 on Sunday afternoon at Muncy Bank Ballpark.
Brayland Skinner was 1-for-4, extending his league-best hitting streak to 16 games.
Matt Garcia picked up his first multi-hit game of the season, going 2-for-3 with a walk. Freddie Rojas Jr. also collected a multi-hit game, going 2-for 3 with a run scored.
In his Cutters/professional debut, starter Jake Norris suffered the loss, allowing three runs (unearned) on two hits and a walk, striking out three.
