Moncton Miracles News Release

The Moncton Miracles are pleased to announce that they have signed guard Anthony Gurley.

Gurley, 6-foot-3, 190 pounds, has spent the last 3 seasons overseas playing in Hungary, Israel and France. Most recently in France he averaged 6.4 points per game, 1.2 rebounds per game and 1 assist per game with ESSM Le Portel (Ligue Nationale de Basket Pro B). Gurley spent the 2013-14 season in Israel with Hapoel Haemek (Israel Basketball Association) and the 2012-13 season in Hungary with Naturtex-SZTE-Szedák (Hungarian A Division).

"Anthony is a talented shooting guard that has the ability to do a lot of scoring for us," said Coach Serge Langis. "He has plenty of pro experience and comes from a quality college at UMass."

Gurley is very excited to be joining the Miracles and is thankful for the opportunity. "I have heard lots of good things about the organization and the city of Moncton itself. I look forward to meeting my new teammates and coming together to do something special this season."

Anthony Gurley will join the Miracles for training camp in early December.
