Miracles Ready for Thursday Showdown

January 15, 2014 - National Basketball League of Canada (NBL Canada)
Moncton Miracles News Release

The Moncton Miracles will be taking on the Halifax Rainmen tomorrow night (Thursday) at the Moncton Coliseum at 7PM. The Miracles last played the Rainmen in Halifax on January 4th, ending in victorious final score for the Miracles of 89-87.

Following Thursday's game, the Miracles will be playing the Missisauga Power at the Moncton Coliseum on Saturday, January 18th. The Miracles have not faced off against the Power since the Ontario roadtrip earlier in the season which ended up as a string of losses for the team. Since then, the Miracles have turned their team around on-court, hitting a new franchise record of consecutive wins.

Saturday's game will also be a part of the 2014 Miracles Dance Clinic. Young dancers from the area (ages 7-16) will be spending the entire afternoon with the Miracles Dance team, running through a class and learning a routine which they will perform at halftime. The participants will get the chance to be a Miracles Dancer for the day and partake in all the same responsibilities as the professional team.

Following the game on Saturday, the Miracles will be hosting an Autograph Session at the Coliseum with players and dancers. Fans are invited to stick around after the game and meet their favourite members of the team.
