Moncton Miracles News Release
The Moncton Miracles have released Alex Jacobson (Centre), and Dominique Buckley (Guard) from their 2013/2014 roster following the first three games of the season.
The team will play Saturday, November 9th against the Saint John Mill Rats, and will be joined by new signing; Trayvon Lathan. Lathan played for the Halifax Rainmen last season, averaging 8.8 points per game, 3.5 rebounds per game, and 1.9 assists.
The Miracles originally signed James Justice over the summer as their Star Point Guard. However, when the paperwork was submitted for his clearance to play for the Miracles it was denied because he was still under contract with a previous team. The Miracles management tried for 5 weeks to get James cleared and unfortunately needed to go in a different direction.
The Miracles and Lathan came to an agreement and are excited to have him as a part of this season to assist in building a Championship Team and bringing a Championship home to our Miracles Nation!
The Miracles will be playing their next home game Saturday, November 9th at 7PM at the Moncton Coliseum against the Saint John Mill Rats. Tickets are available at the Moncton Coliseum Box Office and online at www.tickets.moncton.ca
