Minnesota Magicians News Release
The Magicians traveled to the Odde Ice Center in Aberdeen, South Dakota for a 2-game series vs. the Wings on Friday and Saturday. Friday evening's contest was close to the very end, but a hot Magicians powerplay unit proved to be the key in a huge road victory. On Saturday, the Magicians continued their excellent play with a convincing 5-2 victory to secure the weekend sweep, which also clinched the franchise's first appearance in the North American Hockey League (NAHL) Playoffs.Â
