Buffalo Bandits News Release
Buffalo, N.Y. (October 19, 2004) -- Buffalo Bandits General Manager Kurt Silcott announced today that the Minnesota Swarm has claimed forward Jason Clark in the 2004 NLL Expansion Draft, which was held today at 2:00 PM (EST). All roster moves are subject to league approval.
"Obviously, losing Jason will hurt our club, but we can only protect a specific number of players," stated Silcott. " Jason provided us with great leadership and was a quality lefty scorer, which is the reasons why Minnesota selected him. We're sorry to see him go but we wish him the best in Minnesota."
In 21 career games with Buffalo, Clark registered 19 goals and 27 assists for 46 points. He has now been a member of five different teams in the last three years: Philadelphia, New York, Buffalo, Ottawa and Minnesota.
