Milwaukee Brings Back a Familiar Face

MILWAUKEE (May 31, 2012) - The Milwaukee Mustangs have brought back a familiar face to the team, acquiring wide receiver Nate Forse from the Orlando Predators for defensive lineman Audi Augustin.

Forse (6'4, 220, California University of Pennsylvania) was a member of the 2010 Milwaukee squad that made a run to the National Conference Championship game and became one of quarterback Chris Greisen's favorite targets, hauling in 111 receptions for 1,389 yards and 26 touchdowns in just 12 games.

With Orlando this season, Forse recorded 49 catches for 492 yards and five touchdowns. As an Arizona Rattler in 2011, the receiving target pulled in 19 receptions for 212 yards and six touchdowns.

Prior to joining the Arena Football League, Forse starred for the Green Bay Blizzard of the af2, earning All-af2 first-team honors with 131 catches for 1,875 yards and 28 touchdowns. His strong performance led to a private workout with the NFL's Pittsburgh Steelers.

As a collegiate receiver, Forse played at West Virginia University before transferring to California-Pennsylvania. For three consecutive seasons he led the receiving corps, earning All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference honors with a career-best 59 catches for 804 yards and 10 touchdowns during his senior year.

The Mustangs are back in action Saturday night as they battle the San Jose SaberCats at 7 p.m. in the BMO Harris Bradley Center.
