
Mill Rats Slip Past Rainmen

On Thursday night the Halifax Rainmen fell to the Saint John Mill Rats by a score of 104 to 98 in front of 3, 108 fans.
While the Rainmen led the Mill Rats in the first three quarters of the game, the Mill Rats outscored the home team 35 to 17 in the fourth quarter.
The leading scorer for the Rainmen was Marshall Brown with 22 points, followed by Kavon Jones, Taliek Brown and Trayvon Lathan with 15 points each. Veteran forward Eric Crookshank had 14 points and 19 rebounds in the loss. The official box score statistics can be found attached to this press release.
The Rainmen will play the Quebec Kebs in Quebec City tomorrow night at 8 pm AST, and will return to the Metro Centre on Friday, March 25 at 7 pm when they take on the Dayton Airstrikers.
