
Meet the 2005 Miami Morays

MIAMI, FL â Coach Larry Little and the Morays coaching staff have chosen the roster for their inaugural season in the National Indoor Football League.
"These last two weeks of training camp gave us a really good idea of the talent we had, and we are very excited to be able to choose these players for our roster," Coach Little said, "We were blessed to have so much talent available to us, and we are looking forward to seeing them take the field this Saturday."
The Morays will play the first game in team history when they travel to New Jersey to meet up with the Xtreme this Saturday at 7:35 PM. The game can be heard via an internet broadcast on www.njir.net.
The Morays home opener is April 2nd at 7:00 PM at the Miami Arena against the Lubbock Lone Stars. Tickets are available at the Miami Arena Box Office or through Ticketmaster.com.
The Morays must dress between 18 and 22 players for a game, and can carry 25 players on the active roster. The Morays roster features seven players who attended Florida colleges, and 16 players who make South Florida their home.

The Miami Morays will play in the National Indoor Football League, entering its fifth season with 21 teams located across the United States. The NIFL provides players with an opportunity to develop their skills and continue their careers in professional football.
