Medford Sweeps the Elks

Bend Elks News Release
The Bend Elks fell to the Medford Rouges by a score of 16 to 2 Wednesday night at Harry and David Field in Medford. The win allowed Medford to complete a 4 game sweep of the Elks. After a solid performance Tuesday night on the defensive side of the field,Wednesday nights game had 4 Elk errors leading to more unearned runs for the Elks pitching staff. The Elks only runs came in the second inning when Landon Frost smacked a 2 RBI double driving in Zach Close and Curtis Wildung. The Elks return home to Vince Genna Stadium Friday night to begin a three game series against the Victoria Harbour Cats for their first ever visit to Bend. First pitch is at 6:35 PM.
