Mavericks Exhibition Game Tickets Now Available Via Phone and Internet

INDEPENDENCE, Missouri - The Missouri Mavericks announced Thursday the Central Hockey League (CHL) team's individual tickets for both exhibition games are now on sale by phone and online.

The Mavericks will host the Evansville IceMen for two exhibition games on Friday, October 8 and Saturday, October 9 at Independence Events Center and tickets are only $15 or $18 each. End, Terrace, Plaza and Rinkside level tickets are $15 and Center Ice and Kryger Glass seats are $18. Tickets will be sold on a first-come first-serve basis.

New to the Mavericks ticketing system this year is ticket holders will have the ability to select exact seating locations when purchasing online and have the ability to print their tickets at home. To purchase tickets online, please visit www.GetTix.net. Tickets can also be purchased via phone by calling 1-866-4GETTIX (443-8849) or at the Independence Events Center Box Office.

Mavericks' season ticket holders' seats are currently reserved and season ticket holders have the option to purchase the tickets at a reduced rate by September 1 through the Mavericks' front office.

The Missouri Mavericks will begin their second season in the Central Hockey League on October 15, 2010 against the Odessa Jackalopes at 7:05 p.m. The Mavericks play their home games at the state-of-the-art Independence Events Center where parking is always free.
