
Maulers look to make playoffs

MONTGOMERY, Ala. â This Saturday, the Montgomery Maulers indoor football team will be playing the Lakeland Thunderbolts for a chance at franchise history. They will be in search of their first ever birth into the National Indoor Football League's (NIFL) playoffs.
If the Maulers win tomorrow night's game, it will secure them a position in the playoffs. Also, if the Maulers win the June 17 game against the Beaumont Drillers they will clinch the Central Division of the Atlantic Conference. A division title rewards the Maulers with a first round home playoff game.
