BOUCHERVILLE, Monday, November 14, 2005 (QMJHL) - Following a serious shoulder injury incurred last Friday against the St. John's Fog Devils, Acadie-Bathurst Titan forward Mathieu Roy will be unable to participate in the ADT Canada/Russia Challenge. Therefore, Stéphane Goulet will be called upon to play in Drummondville while Olivier Latendresse will partake in the game in Moncton. Each had previously been informed that they would participate in only one of the two contests.
The event takes place on Monday, November 21st at the Marcel-Dionne Center in Drummondville and on Wednesday, November 23rd, at Moncton Coliseum. Of note, the ADT Canada/Russia Challenge plays a very important role in the selection process of Canada's upcoming World Junior Hockey Championship team.
