ATL UTD 2 returns to Fifth Third Bank Stadium on Wednesday night to take on Group H leaders Tampa Bay. This will be the last home match before the team plays four consecutive matches on the road. Atlanta are coming off a tough 1-0 loss at Birmingham on the weekend, despite out-shooting the high-powered Legion FC attack 14-9 in the contest.
Tampa Bay has been the class of Group H so far this season. Three of their four wins have come against Group H opponents, and they are the only side in the group yet to suffer defeat. Last time out, the Rowdies took care of The Miami FC by the score of 3-0 while Sebastian Guenzatti netted his team-leading fourth goal of the year.
Wednesday night's contest will be the second of four scheduled matches between the two sides. Jackson Conway scored a stunning 30-yard goal in the first match, but Tampa Bay scored twice in the second half to turn the match around 2-1. Atlanta has earned three draws in the previous six meetings with the Rowdies.
