Marlies Round One Playoff Action to Air on Leafs TV and Rogers TV

Toronto Marlies News Release


A proud member of the American Hockey League, the Toronto Marlies announced today that Leafs TV and Rogers TV will be airing live action of all home and away games of their North Division Semifinal, best-of-seven series against the Manitoba Moose. Leafs TV will broadcast all Marlies away games and Rogers TV Cable 10/63 will air all home games.

The following are the confirmed games and dates, for the first-round series between the Marlies and Moose (all times eastern):

Game 1 (Leafs TV) - Wed., April 15: Toronto Marlies at Manitoba Moose 8:30 p.m. (MTS Centre)

Game 2 (Leafs TV) - Fri., April 17: Toronto Marlies at Manitoba Moose 8:30 p.m. (MTS Centre)

Game 3 (Rogers TV) - Sun., April 19: Manitoba Moose at Toronto Marlies 4:00 p.m. (Ricoh Coliseum)

Game 4 (Rogers TV) - Tue., April 21: Manitoba Moose at Toronto Marlies 7:00 p.m. (Ricoh Coliseum)

*Game 5 (Rogers TV) - Thu., April 23: Manitoba Moose at Toronto Marlies 7:00 p.m. (Ricoh Coliseum)

*Game 6 (Leafs TV) - Sat., April 25: Toronto Marlies at Manitoba Moose 8:30 p.m. (MTS Centre)

*Game 7 (Leafs TV) - Tue., April 28: Toronto Marlies at Manitoba Moose 8:30 p.m. (MTS Centre)

The FAN 590 will air all Marlies playoff games as either a radio or web broadcast. Marlies games will continue to be available on the team's official website - www.torontomarlies.com.

Individual game tickets as well as group packages for the Marlies first round of the 2008-09 Calder Cup Playoffs are currently on-sale through torontomarlies.com, ticketmaster.ca or by calling 416-597-PUCK. The Marlies 2008-09 playoff tickets for Round 1 will start at just $10.
