Marina Auto Stadium Hosts City of Rochester Camp Day

Rochester, NY - For the third consecutive season, on Tuesday, July 10, Marina Auto Stadium is hosting Camp Day for City of Rochester Camp attendees. Over 250 youth and R-Center employees will be attending a fun-filled interactive day at Marina Auto Stadium.

Along with participating in fun interactive activities, Rochester Lancers players will be making an appearance to sign autographs, pose for photos and play soccer with the kids on the field. Rex the Rhino's official team mascot will also be at the event, with lunch will be provided courtesy of Zweigle's. All kids attending the event will also be provided with game tickets to return back to Marina Auto Stadium on Saturday, July 28thfor the USL regular season match featuring Toronto II FC vs Nashville SC.

"All of the kids and camp counselors are looking forward to returning to Marina Auto Stadium for a fun filled soccer focused afternoon on Tuesday, July 10, the kids always look forward to this event!" states John Picone, Athletics and Aquatics Coordinator with the Department of Recreation and Youth Services with the City of Rochester.

Mark Washo Chief Business Officer Marina Auto Stadium and the Rochester Rhinos adds, "We look forward to providing this exciting opportunity for kids to visit Marina Auto Stadium and have access to the main stadium field. One of our organizations guiding goals is for us to give back to the community and make sure our stadium remains accessible to everyone in the City of Rochester"!
