Mammoth Head Coach, Front Office To Volunteer At Local Adolescent Center

DENVER - The Colorado Mammoth announced today that head coach Bob Hamley and other members of the team's front office will volunteer on Wednesday at Family Tree Gemini Adolescent Treatment Center in Lakewood.

"This is a very meaningful opportunity for my co-workers and me," said Hamley. "I look forward to improving the living conditions of current and future Gemini residents, and to meeting those who call Gemini home."

The Mammoth will install curtains and curtain rods, and will also hang framed artwork in bedrooms to create a warm environment. Hamley and fellow volunteers will then prepare and eat lunch with the children.

Recently, the Mammoth announced a partnership with a local campaign that promotes an end to dating and domestic violence. Wednesday's volunteer efforts support Family Tree's initiative to end family violence.
