MOLINE, Ill. (October 29, 2009) - The Quad City Mallards, proud International Hockey League (IHL) affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers, tomorrow night at 7:00 will not only take on the Flint Generals at the i wireless Center but also host the World's Largest Indoor Trick-or-Treat and welcome costumed children who are accompanied by a ticketed adult to the game free of charge, courtesy of Genesis Sports Medicine, Hardee's and KWQC-TV6. In anticipation of tomorrow night's festivities, the Flock has sent a Halloween video greeting to the fans of the Quad Cities, a video that can be found at http://www.youtube.com/watch?vPWxyDoSjemU or on MallardsVision at www.myqcmallards.com, the team's official web site.

Tomorrow evening children will be able to trick-or-treat throughout the i wireless Center as treats will be distributed at each section of the arena and, with the potential for rain outside in tomorrow night's forecast, the i wireless Center will offer guaranteed dry and pleasant conditions for trick-or-treaters. Costumed kids will also be welcomed onto the ice for a costume parade that will be shown live on the iwC video board.**

Free tickets to tomorrow night's game will be available at the i wireless Center box office for children in costume who are accompanied by an adult who purchases a ticket. Tomorrow evening will also see the first 1,000 fans through the doors for the game receive a free official Mallards inaugural season game puck provided by Genesis Sports Medicine.

"Our first video greeting of the season is one of our ways of wishing the fans of the Quad Cities a Happy Halloween," said Mallards Executive Vice President and General Manager Shawn Hackman. "It's also a way of letting fans know that with the chance of an unfavorable forecast tomorrow night, we are able to guarantee fine weather and plenty of treats for kids looking to fill up their bags inside the i wireless Center,"

The team's video sing-along greeting to the theme of *The Addams Family* is the first in a series of unique videos- in many more of which the Mallards will again show off their special talent for song- that the club will send to the fans of the Quad Cities throughout the season to celebrate holidays or special events or to just to say thank you.

The Mallards' Opening Week has kicked off a 38-game home schedule loaded with special events, unique promotions and giveaways.
