Lundin Named USHL Goaltender of the Week

Sioux Falls, SD-For the second time in three weeks, Stampede netminder Matt Lundin (Lun-Deen) has been named USHL/Stauber's Goaltender-of-the-Week. Lundin went 2-0-0 last weekend against Ohio, stopping 58 of 60 shots for a 1.00 GAA and a .967 save percentage.

This marks the third time this season that Lundin has been named Goaltender-of-the-Week, he also took home the honors on December 4th and January 8th . The Apple Valley, MN, has won six consecutive starts in goal and is now 11-9-2 on the season with a 2.66 GAA and a .908 save percentage.

Lundin and the Stampede return to action this Friday and Saturday with a weekend series against the Chicago Steel. Game times are 7:35 PM and you can catch both contests live on KELO-AM 1320 or online at keloam.com

The Stampede return home to the Sioux Falls Arena on Sunday, February 11th for a 4:05 PM game against I-29 rival Sioux City.
