Lansing Lugnuts News Release
LANSING- Thursday night's series finale between the Lansing Lugnuts and the South Bend Silver Hawks has been postponed due to rain. The postponement will conclude the set with Lansing taking all three games played.
Thursday's game will be made up during the Silver Hawks' next trip to Lansing, scheduled for May 23-26.
Anyone that purchased tickets to Thursday's game may redeem them at the Oldsmobile Park box office for a ticket to any future 2008 regular season home game.
The Lugnuts will now hit the road for a six game trip beginning Friday night when they take on the Cedar Rapids Kernels. Nate Starner (0-0, 0.00) is expected to get the start for Lansing. He will face the Kernels' Michael Anton (0-0, 7.20). Game time is set for 7:30 p.m.
