Thursday night's finale of the four-game series between the Great Lakes Loons and West Michigan Whitecaps has been postponed due to inclement weather.
The game is currently Thursday's fifth contest that has been rained out in the Midwest League. No makeup date has been announced.
The Loons take their 4-3 record into a three-game series where they visit the Burlington Bees Friday night. First pitch is scheduled for 7:30pm. Right-hander Kyle Smit (0-0) makes his second start of the season for the Loons. The game will be carried in Mid-Michigan on ESPN 100.9-FM (WLUN) and worldwide at Loons.com.
