
Lowgators Acquire Christianson, Waive Damone Brown

GREENVILLE, S.C., March 16 â The Charleston Lowgators have acquired center Kipp Christianson and waived forward Damone Brown, according to an announcement by NBDL director of basketball operations Chris Alpert and Lowgators head coach Doug Marty.
Christianson, a 7-0, 265-pound product of St. (Minn.) John's (â96), played with the 2003 Dallas Mavericks summer league team and was a final cut in the 2002 Mavs vet camp. His most recent professional experience has come internationally.
Brown played in 18 games (one start) for Charleston this season after being acquired January 15. He averaged 26.1 minutes, 11.1 points and 4.9 rebounds.
Christianson is expected to play tonight when the Lowgators visit the Roanoke Dazzle. He will wear jersey #45.
