Upper Marlboro, MD. Rick Matsko, GM of the ABA Maryland NightHawks made several announcements relating to operations of the professional basketball team scheduled to begin play in November. According to Matsko, "We've added Jason Rocco as an Account Executive in our front office. We look for people who are self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a passion for their work. Jason brings those qualities to the NightHawks and has first rate experience in the sports and entertainment industry. Jason has worked for Walt Disney World, Cincinnati Reds and Buena Vista Pictures and is strong in communications, marketing and sales."

Ashlee Fontes, NightHawks Assistant GM stated, "We've aldo added Mary Coombs from Coppin State University and Mark Aronin from Towson University as interns. Both are very energetic and assist us beautifully in the day-to-day operations and they will get a chance to learn every aspect of sports management. And we're looking for more interns too as the season fast approaches."
