Orange County SC News Release

Los Angeles, CA (March 29, 2011) Los Angeles Blues have announced today that the club will be hosting a charitable match this Saturday, April 2nd, against the Orange County All-Stars. 100% of proceeds will go to the American Red Cross of Orange County for relief efforts to assist those affected by the Japan earthquake and Pacific tsunami. Kick-off time will be 6pm at the Blues home venue of Titan Stadium, on the campus of Cal-State Fullerton.

"We're excited to be hosting this match against the OC All Stars," said Los Angeles Blues General Manager Alyse LaHue. "It gives our fans an opportunity to see us for the first time at Titan Stadium, but more importantly allows our organization and fans to contribute to the charitable efforts of the terrible devastation in Japan via our local Red Cross of Orange County."

Tickets for the match will be available at the door for a $10 donation. Gates will open at 5pm and parking onsite will be free for the event. If you are unable to attend the match but would like to make a donation, please contact Los Angeles Blues at (310)264-4649 or at info@bluessoccerclub.com.
