Orlando City SC News Release
ORLANDO, Fla. - Orlando City SC (8-21-4, 28 points) will play its 2018 season finale at the New York Red Bulls (21-7-5, 68 points) on Sunday, Oct. 28. Kickoff is set for 4:30 p.m. ET at Red Bull Arena.
The match will be locally televised on TV27 and YouTube TV. It will be locally transmitted on Real Radio 104.1 FM in English and La Nueva 990 AM in Spanish.
"We want to try and build on [Sunday's win]," Lions head coach James O'Connor said. "[New York Red Bulls] try the high press to make you make mistakes and attack from there. So I think it's about being intentional from our end on, see what they're going to do and make sure we do the things that are going to cause them some problems."
Orlando City enters the match after defeating Columbus Crew SC 2-1 in its home finale on Sunday. Yoshimar Yotún leveled the score from the penalty spot in the 57th minute before Sacha Kljestan scored the game-winner from the penalty spot in stoppage time. Goalkeeper Adam Grinwis made three saves to earn his first career MLS victory.
Dom Dwyer leads the Lions with 13 goals, while Yotun leads the team with 10 assists.
New York will look to clinch the Supporters' Shield on Decision Day, but will need a positive result against City and for Atlanta to lose to Toronto.
Bradley Wright-Phillips leads New York with 20 goals, while Kaku leads the team with 14 assists.
