(LONDON, ON) The London Lightning beat the Kitchener/Waterloo Titans . The Lightning were falling were behind by 9 in the first but they made a comeback and did not fall behind again for the rest of the game. The Lightning put up tons of shots and hit them well. They won by 26 points with a 134 to 108 putting the Lightning record to 14 -16 as they look to creep back to .500.

The Lightning were leading for most of the game and played fantastic basketball on both sides of the ball. Passing and ball movement have been a big feature of their offense. The team over the season has averaged around 21 assists a game but have got over 30 the passed 2 games. They kept adding to their lead building it and building as each quarter went on. They were also a terror on ball handlers all game with 13 assists, the leader was Xavier Moon who had 4 steals for the game.

It was an excellent all around game for the team tonight with every player on the team at least getting 1 basket and 3 players scoring over 20 points for the game in Mo Bolden, Marvin Phillips, and AJ Gaines. It is a real testament to the team that the past 2 games there have been 3 players per game score over 20 points and it was 3 different players each night. AJ Gaines was a stud tonight being a huge source of offense of the bench only missing 1 shot for the game with 32 points and 11-12 from the field as well as 4 of 4 from 3 and 6 of 7 from the charity stripe.

Head Coach Elliott Etherington commended the team for their tenacity and fight against adversity tonight saying that. "Everybody made different types of plays...the ability to make a ton of hustle plays...the thing I am most impressed with is our ability to believe in one another and put things together at the right time."The team has had made good strides that past couple games make the necessary changes to make the offensive and defensive more productive and win some games.
