
Lightning Recall Mikkelson and Labrie; Crunch Return Landry

Syracuse, NY -The Tampa Bay Lightning have recalled forward Pierre-Cedric Labrie and defenseman Brendan Mikkelson from the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League after a conditioning assignment, vice president and general manager Steve Yzerman announced today. Additionally, the Crunch have returned defenseman Charles Landry to the Florida Everblades of the ECHL.
Mikkelson, 25, appeared in seven games with the Crunch during the conditioning stint, recording one assist and a plus-four rating. Syracuse won all seven games while Mikkelson was in the line-up. The Regina, Saskatchewan native has played in two games with the Lightning so far this season, registering an assist and a plus-two rating.
Labrie, 26, skated in seven games with Syracuse during the conditioning stint, notching three goals and two assists to go along with a plus-five rating. He has played in a total of 39 games this season with the Crunch, tallying 11 goals and 18 points with 83 penalty minutes. The Baie-Comeau, Quebec native has skated in three games this season with the Lightning, recording five penalty minutes.
Landry, 21, played in six games for the Crunch, registering no points since being recalled from the Everblades on Jan. 21. The 6-0, 194-lb., blueliner is scoreless in nine games with the Crunch on the season. Landry has also played in 35 games with the Everblades this year with 12 points (3g, 9a).
