(WINDSOR, Ontario) -- Saturday night at the WFCU Centre in Windsor, the London Lightning fell to the Windsor Express 91-88.
The loss snaps a three-game win streak by the Lightning.
Stephen Maxwell finished with his league leading 12th double-double (25 points, 13 rebounds).
Warren Ward added 18 points shooting 4 of 6 from three point range.
The Lightning trailed by as many as 17 points in the first half, erasing that deficit in the third quarter.
Akeem Wright had a last minute three pointer blocked that would have tied the game.
Wright contributed 13 points and eight rebounds in the loss.
London hosts the Niagara River Lions next Wednesday, February 24 for Damian Warner Day at Budweiser Gardens.
