Fresh off their highest win total in franchise history (85-58), the IronPigs open their 10th Anniversary season with Game 1 of a four-game series against the Pawtucket Red Sox at Coca-Cola Park... On Tuesday, the Pigs won their annual exhibition game against Double-A Reading, 5-3, in come-from-behind fashion. Lehigh Valley now looks to snap a two-game skid in season-openers and a three-game losing streak on Opening Day at Coca-Cola Park... The Paw Sox -- Boston's top affiliate -- finished in fourth place with a 74-68 record a year ago. The Sox look to return to the postseason for the first time since 2014, when they were IL Champs. Following the season-opening series, the Pigs will take to the road for a four-game set in Scranton-WB and a three-game set in Pawtucket.

RHP Jake Thompson (11-5, 2.50 in IL in '16) will start for LHV against RHP Shawn Haviland (2-2, 3.40 in IL in '16)
