
LHP Kyle Hunter Added from A+ High Desert

CHATTANOOGA, TENN. - The Seattle Mariners have made the following roster move that effects the Jackson Generals roster. LHP Kyle Hunter has been promoted from A+ High Desert to the Generals roster, retroactive to Saturday. Hunter will wear jersey No. 55 for the Generals.
Hunter, 23, entered the game on Saturday night and pitched a scoreless bottom of the ninth inning, allowing one hit and striking out two. He was 1-1, with a 3.65 ERA in eight games for High Desert. Hunter was the Mariners 31st round draft choice in 2011 out of Kansas State University where he set a record for starts in a season, 16 in 2011, He resides in Galesburg, IL.
