
Leonard Named HUSKY WHL Player of the Month for January

Calgary - The Western Hockey League today announced that forward Seth Leonard of the Prince Albert Raiders has been named the HUSKY WHL Player of the Month for January.
The 20-year-old forward from Nakusp, British Columbia recorded 15 goals and 24 points in 14 games including six power-play goals, two game-winning goals and a short-handed goal during the month of January. Leonard recorded multiple points in eight games during the month including a hat-trick.
Leonard, who is a free agent, currently is fourth in the WHL in scoring with 38 goals and 69 points in 54 games.
His accomplishments make Leonard a deserving choice as the HUSKY WHL Player of the Month for January.
