BOCA RATON, FL.- After losing face-off man, Ben Williams in the first play of the game and overcoming an hour long lightning delay, the Launch could not hurdle the Blaze, fall 13 - 16 at home for final game of the 2018 season.
In the first few minutes of the game the two teams traded goals, but Atlanta caught fire in the first quarter leading by as much as five in the game. However out of the half, the Launch came sprinting back, within two-goals of the Blaze before an hour lightning delay halted the assault. Connor Buczek, Kieran McArdle and Bryan Cole had hat tricks in the game, while Austin Kaut finished with 16 saves in cage.

OTHER NOTES
The Launch head into their last game of the season next weekend, August 4. This will be the team's first meeting in Texas against the Dallas Rattlers for the franchise.
