San Diego Wildcats News Release
This is an open invitation extended to all players in San Diego and neighboring communities to register for open tryouts for the San Diego Wildcats of the American Basketball Association (ABA). We are in search of players from the local area, who have what it takes to make it to the Wildcats veteran camp in October 2007. It is the intention of the San Diego Wildcats Basketball Organization to put the best team forward for the upcoming ABA season, which begins in November 2007.
Below are the dates and times for the tryouts which will be held at:
The Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center
6753 University Avenue, San Diego, CA 92115
There will be 2 tryout dates:
Sunday July 15th, 12pm - 3pm (date already passed)
Sunday August 5th, 12pm - 3pm (LAST CHANCE !!!)
Players are required to pay a registration fee of $50.00 day of try out for the opportunity to play for the Wildcats. Money Orders, Cashiers Checks or Cash.
All participants are expected to be in the best physical condition before attending these open tryouts. Only the best will receive invitation(s) to veteran camp in October, 2007.
This is an open event free to the media and the public.
