
Langfeld Assigned To Binghamton

OTTAWA - The Ottawa Senators Hockey Club today assigned Josh Langfeld to the Binghamton Senators of the American Hockey League (AHL) for conditioning purposes. Langfeld joins the club as they open their qualifying round series versus the Norfolk Admirals on Wednesday night at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena.
In 38 regular season games through four recalls to Ottawa this season, Langfeld recorded seven goals, 10 assists and 16 penalty minutes. Through three games of post-season play, he had yet to see any action against Toronto.
The Minnesota native also played 30 games with Binghamton this season, recording 13 goals, 14 assists and 25 penalty minutes.
All games in Binghamton's best-of-3 series will be played at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena with games 2 and 3 (if necessary) taking place Friday, April 16 and Saturday, April 17 respectively.
