LAKELAND-The Lakeland ThunderBolts, a Florida member of the professional National Indoor Football League, is on a search for the best players in Lakeland, Polk County and surrounding areas. The ThunderBolts are looking for players with the skills, talent and courage to step into the arena to play on the hottest professional indoor football team in Florida.

"I know there are many talented athletes here in the Central Florida area, and I am excited about having the opportunity to see, evaluate and coach many of them," said Head Coach and Director of Football Operations Teddrick Keaton. "The tryout camps will be ran and organized to allow us to get a true measure of potential players speed, agility, strength and football ability." Stated Keaton, "Our players come from across the nation, I hope to be able to add as many Florida based players to our roster as possible."

The tryouts will be on November 6, 2005 at 8:30am. They will be held at Hunt-Fountain Fields, 2020 Duff Rd, Lakeland, FL 33810. There will be a sign-up fee of $50.00 (cash or money orders only).
