Lake Monsters Promote Nate Cloutier to Assistant GM

BURLINGTON, VT --- Nate Cloutier, who has been a part of the Vermont Lake Monsters front office since 2002, has been promoted to Assistant General Manager. The announcement was made today by Lake Monsters General Manager C.J. Knudsen.

Cloutier, 27, has been the team's Director of Marketing & Ticket Operations since October of 2003. Before that he was Director of Ticket Operations and Design from June 2002 to October 2003 after joining the organization in January of 2002 as a Spring Semester intern.

A native of St. Johnsbury, Vermont, Cloutier graduated from the University of Vermont in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in a Self-Designed Major focusing on Advertising. A three-year varisty letterwinner for the UVM Indoor and Outdoor Track Team, Cloutier served as a liaison for the USA Olympic Track & Field team at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia.

"Nate has done an exceptional job ever since he joined the organization," Vermont General Manager C.J. Knudsen said. "He will be taking on more of a managerial role with the club, in addition to continuing with most of the duties that he has been doing."

Other changes in the Lake Monsters front office include the loss of Executive Operations Manager Adrienne Wilson, who has left the organization after eight years to take a Sales job in Boston, Massachusetts. Joining the front office is Florianne Irwin of Essex as the new Director of Finance.
