Stockton Thunder News Release

Ontario, Calif. - The Stockton Thunder score 3 goals in the third period, including newly singed Garrett Ladd's first pro goal, but cannot complete the comeback as they fall to the Ontario Reign 7-4 Saturday night in Ontario. Ladd wasn't the only rookie to earn his first pro point on the night, as Kyle Brodie got the secondary assist on Tyler Shattock's third period marker. Speaking of Shattock, he extended his point streak to four games with a goal and 2 assists, and linemate Vinny Scarsella put himself on a three-game point streak with his 2 assists. Unfortunately, Matt White and his four goals proved tough to stop and the Reign came out with the victory in the final ECHL meeting ever between the two franchises. The Thunder will hit the ice again Tuesday night as they will faceoff against the Condors in Bakersfield.
