LOS ANGELES - Playing in their ninth home match of the 2023 campaign, LA Galaxy II fell 4-1 to Earthquakes II at Dignity Health Sports Park's Track & Field Stadium on Sunday night.

Eight LA Galaxy Academy products started in the match against Earthquakes II: Carson Klein, Ascel Essengue, Riley Dalgado, Marcus Ferkranus, Diego López, Alex Alcalá, Brandon Téllez and Rubin Ramos Jr. Four LA Galaxy Academy products appeared off the bench in the loss to San Jose: Juan Calderón, Emiliano Garcia, Allan Legaspi and Julian Placias.
