LA Galaxy II Announce 2015 USL PRO Schedule

CARSON, Calif. (Tuesday, Feb 3, 2015) - LA Galaxy II announced their 28-game 2015 USL PRO Regular Season Schedule today. Los Dos will kick off their second season on Sunday, March 22 against the Real Salt Lake Monarchs at StubHub Center's Track & Field Stadium, with kickoff set for 5 p.m. PT.

After LA Galaxy became the first MLS club to own and operate its own USL PRO club in 2014, several additional MLS clubs launched USL PRO clubs ahead of the 2015 season. With 24 current teams, USL PRO has now split into 12-team Eastern and Western Conferences in 2015. Galaxy II will face each of their conference opponents at least twice during the 28-game regular season schedule, and the additional six games (beyond the standard home and away against the other 11 intra-conference foes) will be matchups against geographic rivals resulting in several cross-conference contests.

The regular season concludes the weekend of September 19-20, with seven games on tap as the fight for playoff positions concludes. The 2015 USL PRO postseason will see the top six finishers in each conference moving on to the four-week single-elimination playoffs.

All LA Galaxy II matches will be streamed live on www.lagalaxy.com with home matches broadcast by Time Warner Cable lead announcer Joe Tutino along with Ralph Perez.

LA Galaxy II home matches that fall on the same date as LA Galaxy home matches will be doubleheaders, with Los Dos' contests taking place at StubHub Center following the Galaxy match.
