KW Titans Re-Sign Head Coach Cavell Johnson for 2018-19 NBL Canada Season

The KW Titans Basketball Club are pleased to announce that Cavell Johnson has been retained as the team's Head Coach for the 2018-19 NBL Canada season. Johnson took over the coaching duties for the Titans on February 25, 2018, serving as Interim Head Coach for the final 13 games of the 2017-18 NBL Canada season.

"Cavell did a tremendous job of resetting the team's culture and motivating our players as we finished the 2017-18 season in a very positive direction," said Titans owner Leon Martin. "Cavell's ability to communicate and forge strong relationships will go a long way in retaining and recruiting the talent we need to build a winning program next season."

"I am blessed and thankful for the opportunity to continue serving as Head Coach of the KW Titans," said Johnson. "We built a lot of positive momentum at the end of this past season, with our players demonstrating the mental toughness and team cohesiveness that are pivotal to a successful program.
