Knighthawks Training Camp Continiues This Weekend

(Rochester, NY)... The Rochester Knighthawks will continue their 2009 National Lacrosse League Training Camp on Saturday, November 22nd from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Rochester Sports Garden (1460 East Henrietta Road). The second session is on Sunday, November 23rd from 9:00 a.m. to noon. The sessions are free and open to the public.
On Saturday, the official fan club of the Knighthawks, the Knighthawks Krew, will host a "Welcome Back Party" at 7:00 p.m. at the Stock Exchange Restaurant, which is located on the first floor of the First Federal Plaza in downtown Rochester.
Fans will enjoy food and drink specials and have a chance to meet the members of the 2009 Knighthawks team, including coaches, players and front office staff. Free parking is provided underneath the First Federal Plaza entering off of Corinthian Street. The Knighthawks Krew will be accepting new members as well as membership renewals at this event. The Krew will also be raffling off a jersey and pair of Knighthawks shorts with all proceeds going to the Wounded Warrior Project.
Rochester opens the season on Friday, December 27th with an 8:00 p.m. game at Chicago against the Shamrox. The Knighthawks' home opener is scheduled for Saturday, January 10th against Chicago at 8:05 p.m. at The Blue Cross Arena.
